【基本知识】
1. help能够用作动词和不可数名词，意为“帮忙，帮忙”。
Could you help me? 你能帮忙我吗？
They need some help. 她们需要有些帮忙。
2. help还能够形成以下句型：
① help sb. (to) do sth. 帮忙某人做某事
He often helps me to learn English. 他经常帮忙我学英语。
Can you help me to look for my cat? 你能帮我找找我的猫吗？
② help sb. with sth. 在某事上帮忙某人
I always help my parents with the housework. 我总是帮我父母做家务。

③ help oneself (to) 随便吃/喝（食品、饮料等）
