Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience as a Brand Marketer, digital marketer, or event marketing manager in brand marketing teams or digital ad agencies.
Experience with leading the creative development of integrated marketing campaigns for brands in the China market.
Ability to speak and write in Mandarin Chinese and English fluently and idiomatically. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in creating and executing high-impact meaningful integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., offline, online, activations, unconventional and innovative campaigns).
Experience organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal.
Independent thinking, with experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
Deep analytical rigor with ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and actionable insights.
Ability to craft a communications strategy and narrative, and present clearly and compellingly to executive stakeholders.
Well-versed with best practices (e.g., copy, art, interactive, social) and campaigns. About The Job
As a Product Marketing Manager for China’s Brand and Reputation initiatives, your responsibilities are to lead Google’s initiatives that aims to build Google’s brand awareness and advocacy within China’s digital ecosystem with the key opinion formers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define the right initiatives and launch programs, build partnerships, and create marketing campaigns to bring these ideas to life.
Additionally, you are expected to inspire and lead by example by making the most of every opportunity through bringing forth your creative visual, design, written and experiential acumen to develop breakthrough creative strategy, consistent with the Google Marketing brand. You will craft integrated marketing campaigns using multi-media platforms to tell our story. Youll lead brand projects and provide guidance and direct brand work for partners in the region to push our creatives to the next level.

Lead the rollout of complex and/or large scale programs from insight discovery, conceptualization, strategy, planning to execution of initiatives, localization of content, partnerships, communication/PR plans and integrated brand campaigns.
Internalize and bring to life the Google brand, voice, mission and values in a single cohesive narrative around Google’s commitment to the country throughout the different initiatives that are launched.
Write (and guide others to write) briefs that inspire our agencies. Collaborate with them to conceptualize and execute cross-media ideas that drive earned media, business goals and brand appreciation.
Work closely with, coordinate, guide and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maximum impact on the Google brand among target audience.
Manage external agencies and partners to structure and execute programs, and efficiently deliver on campaign objectives and business goals.
