研发

研发篇1,针对新客户研发个人看法:

1、简短,客户一目了然,不会耽误客户时间阅读。

2、主题New Supplier吸引。

3、价格吸引,不管是真的还是假的,客户可能会联系。

4、免费样品和目录吸引。通常客户对免费样品和目录会感兴趣的,发给对的人,基本上会回复。

主题Re: New Supplier Offer for XXX From XXXXX/ Name+Date

Dear XXX

We manufacture XXX products. I believe our price will be cheaper at least 10% than your current supplier for the same quality products.

Free samples and E-catalog will be provided if needed.

Email me or just call me directly to talk more. Thank you!

研发篇2,针对联系过的老客户研发个人看法:

1、简短,可能感兴趣的制品加粗表示,不会耽误客户时间阅读。

2、主题New Offer吸引,

3、免费样品吸引

4、新价格吸引(自己随便改改价格)

Dear XXX,

Long time no your news. How are you doing these days? Hope everything goes quite well with you.

Is there any inquiry about cloths, Gloves, Wrist/heel straps, Mat, Sticky mat, Chair, Tapes and some other Products ? We would like to send you free samples for most of our products. Kindly please contact us if you are interested in them.

By the way, The price for some of products you inquiried was updated. Please email me back if you need to know the new price.

报价篇

报价篇1, 标准邮件报价(针对第1次报价客户):

个人看法:

1、标题,多次说到机构名和自己的名字,让客户记住你,这一点在后期邮件跟进中会起到非常大功效

2、 第1段再次说到机构名和自己的名字,并且Manufacture 后面即使不是你们生产的,能够这般写,由于客户期盼你是manufacturer.

3、正文报价简洁,明了,价格能够加粗,非常多外面人,包含有些老外贸业务员经常在报价中忘记报运费条款和付款条款,倘若这个写,客户会再次邮件问你,这般就加长了谈判时间。

4、最后有一个勾引,便是样品勾引,记住,每一份封邮件给客户,必定要有一个问句选取句,这般能够牵着客户的鼻子走。而不是让客户牵着你的鼻子走。

Subject: Offer+Product Name from +Company Name/ Your Name+Date

Dear XXX

Thanks very much for your inquiry and interesting in our products. Thiss XXX,sales manager from XXXXX, manufacturer of XXX and some other products in China. Here in following is our best offer based on EX-W Terms.

报价篇2, 快速报价(针对新客户):个人看法:

1、标题,说到机构名和自己的名字,让客户记住你,这一点在后期邮件跟进中会起到非常大功效

2、第1段再次说到自己的名字和机构名字,让客户记住你

3、正文报价简洁,条款齐全。

4、第三段中呼唤客户的名字,让客户感觉到亲切,说到样品,直接从报价说到样品。

Dear XXX

Thanks very much for your inquiry and interesting in our products. Thiss xxx from XXXXX.We are a leading manufacturer of xxx in china.

跟进篇

邮件跟进篇1:

个人看法:简单跟进,问题在于这份邮件什么时候发, 我通常是报价后客户上班1-2小时后跟进。倘若回复,我会再次邮件跟进一下。

倘若客户还回复,我会tel跟进。即使你白话欠好客户说的你听不懂,你只要清楚的介绍:This is XXX speaking from XXX company. Could you please check your email and give me a reply?

Subject:Re: Follow up Offer gloves From XXXXX Manufacturer

Dear

This is xxx,sales xxx from XXXXX,manufacture of xxx. We appreciated your enquiry about xxx via Alibaba dated on xxxx.

I am writing to ask if you have received my quotation? Now I am sending it again as below. Hope you could spare your time to check if the price is workable for you. Awaiting for your feedback and thanks in advance.

邮件跟进篇2:

Subject:Ref 2nd-Follow up Offer gloves From XXXXX Manufacturer

邮件跟进篇3:

Subject:Re:3rd-Follow up Offer gloves From XXXXX Manufacturer

Dear XXX.

Is there any updated news from you about the Gloves we quoted on Jun.th 26th. Your early feedback will be greatly appreciated.

By the way, XXX, Any new inquiry about xxxx, Kindly pls feel free to contact us.Thanks!

这个邮件,大众细细体会,承担的关键在于跟进,持续的跟进,一份订单下来通常需要7-11次跟进报价。所有亲们对区别制品区别的客户在跟进上面要下功夫。报价后,倘若回复,tel,跟进信必定要频繁。还能够区别的邮箱去跟进。

邮件跟进篇4:

Subject: Samples available for gloves from XXX+Name.

Dear XXX,

Thiss XXX from XXXXX, manufacturer of Glvoes .

Have you spared your time to check our offer below? Your prompt feedback about our offer will be highly appreciated including price,MOQ,Lead time,Payment terms.

By the way xxx, Our samples can be available for free of charge for your evaluation if you like. Awaiting for your feedback and thank you inadvance.

邮件跟进篇5:

Subject:rofessional suppler for Gloves.

Dear XXX.

For so many days no response from you,now I am writing to remind you about our offer for gloves dated on July.25th. We would like to work out a better price for you after feedback by you. Any of your comments by return will be much appreciated

It will be our big pleasure if we have the opportunity to be on service of you in near future. Looking forward to your early reply.

邮件跟进篇6:

Subject:Re: Gloves Manufacturer XXXXX.

Dear XXX

Long time no news from you,Hows everything going these day?

I am writing to ask if the Glvoes project still open? Kindly pls keep us posted about that .Thanks.
