微X发布虚假宣传处罚案例

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">靖江市市场监管局靖城分局接到举报,刘某未经核准登记领取营业执照从事<span style="color: black;">宣传</span>服务。经调查,执法人员<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>,刘某利用自有的房屋,在未经核准登记领取营业执照的<span style="color: black;">状况</span>下对外从事<span style="color: black;">宣传</span>经营活动。</p>
