举荐新品的研发信
新品研发信,重点包括以下4个方面:
A, 提醒客户查看新品
B, 介绍新品特殊(外观设计、特殊工艺、价廉物美、详细性能、功率强大、能处理客户面临的某些问题等等)
倘若在某个市场有营销成功的案例,亦能够分享,刺激客户感兴趣。
C,样品是不是免费,样品供应完成时间,批量订单完成时间;
D,保存钩子,吸引客户回复,例如,机构愿意供给报价,免费样品、以及某些免费服务协同等。

对客户领导高层变更的回复
前段时间,咱们收到客户AAA关于机构内部人事调动的通告。
A品牌的原采购部老大V,调任到客户集团内的B品牌当Chief Commercial Officer,而V原来的职位将由J来担任。
这封邮件是客户机构核心高层发过来的,直接发到了机构老板的邮箱。
针对这种状况下下的邮件回复,咱们应该谨慎且庄重。
倘若老板懂外贸,他会直接回复。
但非常多机构老板并不懂英语,这封邮件就只能由业务员代劳。
在邮件末尾,咱们需显示自己是表率机构高层,以表示机构对客户的尊重。
邮件内容,重点包括4点:感谢、恭喜,欢迎、愿景。
感谢,是表达对发件人通告的感谢!
恭喜,是表达对原来领导的升迁恭贺,
欢迎,是表达很乐意与新领导共事合作,
愿景,是表达对与新领导合作的将来期望。
