<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">广州家庭服务行业协会会长朱德毅介绍:“疫情给家政行业带来不少新变化,例如<span style="color: black;">更加多</span>雇<span style="color: black;">重点</span>求<span style="color: black;">中间商</span><span style="color: black;">机构</span>能够<span style="color: black;">帮助</span>家政人员<span style="color: black;">供给</span>核酸检测报告。部分以前雇佣住家<span style="color: black;">保母</span>的改为聘用钟点家政工。总体来看,<span style="color: black;">日前</span>广州家政市场比较热门的是钟点家政工,其次是属于刚需的养老护理员、育婴师等。”</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">莲姨在海珠区做了几十年家政,今年4月她从阳春老家回到广州。当时<span style="color: black;">非常多</span>老雇主、老乡托她介绍钟点工,但<span style="color: black;">非常多</span>“同行”还在<span style="color: black;">外区</span>老家,莲姨<span style="color: black;">亦</span>无可奈何。6月<span style="color: black;">起始</span>,从<span style="color: black;">外区</span>返回广州的家政人员日益<span style="color: black;">增加</span>。莲姨<span style="color: black;">亦</span>帮人介绍了几个钟点工。她说:“有一个老乡一天做三份钟点工,做了<span style="color: black;">一月</span>嫌太累又辞工,<span style="color: black;">此刻</span>一天做两家,月收入有7000多元。”记者<span style="color: black;">认识</span>到,以从下午四点到<span style="color: black;">夜晚</span>八点工作四个小时、保洁和做一顿晚饭的钟点工为例,每周单休,价格约为3200元,去年<span style="color: black;">一样</span>的岗位大概3000元<span style="color: black;">上下</span>,增幅约在6%。</p>

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者在天鹅到家平台查阅“广州<span style="color: black;">保母</span>价格行情”数据<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>,4月~6月广州<span style="color: black;">保母</span>月收入均价在4000元<span style="color: black;">上下</span>,7月略有下调,8月回升后,9月回调至均价3896元,总体波动并不算大。学历越高,<span style="color: black;">保母</span>月收入均价<span style="color: black;">亦</span>越高。</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">据数据<span style="color: black;">表示</span>,天鹅到家平台上近70%的<span style="color: black;">保母</span>年龄在36~50岁,近年来<span style="color: black;">亦</span>有部分90后加入,35岁以下的<span style="color: black;">保母</span>占比15%<span style="color: black;">上下</span>。<span style="color: black;">另外</span>,超过70%劳动者为初高中学历。家政服务人员<span style="color: black;">源自</span>地排名前五的是四川、湖南、河南、安徽、湖北,占比超过35%。</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">2015年<span style="color: black;">起始</span>在广州从事家政行业的小曹是80后,她谈道:“2020年上半年<span style="color: black;">倘若</span>是不住家只带<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>的白班<span style="color: black;">保母</span>,收入大概在5000元<span style="color: black;">上下</span>。下半年<span style="color: black;">一样</span>的白班<span style="color: black;">保母</span>价格略有下降。”她说,“今年我听说有3000多元<span style="color: black;">一月</span>的<span style="color: black;">保母</span>,这在以往是少见的。”</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者采访<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>,<span style="color: black;">针对</span><span style="color: black;">青年</span>家政从业人员<span style="color: black;">来讲</span>,随着学历的<span style="color: black;">提高</span>,<span style="color: black;">她们</span><span style="color: black;">常常</span>对<span style="color: black;">自己</span>技能、福利<span style="color: black;">保证</span><span style="color: black;">乃至</span>雇主性格等有着更高的<span style="color: black;">需求</span>。朱德毅对此分析:“不少85后、90后都<span style="color: black;">期盼</span>找不住家的家政工作,<span style="color: black;">由于</span>她们有一个概念,我是一个职业化的家政人员,和雇主之间是平等的,下班后<span style="color: black;">持有</span>自己的私人时间。这种从业者思想观念上的改变对家政行业产生新的改变,雇主方、运营方都需要因应这种改变而转变思路。”</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">“家政服务行业其实<span style="color: black;">始终</span>‘缺人’,缺的是<span style="color: black;">优秀</span>的家政人才,行业要发展好,就需要<span style="color: black;">更加多</span><span style="color: black;">青年</span>的新人进来。”朱德毅分析说,以往家政从业人员年龄<span style="color: black;">很强</span>,文化程度不高,随着85后、90后进入家政行业,她们文化程度<span style="color: black;">广泛</span>在初中以上,高中大专学历<span style="color: black;">亦</span>不少,整体素质<span style="color: black;">亦</span>会往上走。</p>
