    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">我<span style="color: black;">尤其</span>爱吃草莓,这几年物价高,草莓<span style="color: black;">更加是</span>贵的离谱,<span style="color: black;">因此</span>我很少买。前几天<span style="color: black;">夜晚</span>8点多到小区后面超市买菜,那天很冷,看到卖草莓的大哥还剩了好几盒,冻得手揣在袖子里,我买了草莓,很大,很甜,但价格不菲,20多元一斤,那一盒花了40多元,我很心疼。前几天群里团奶油小草莓,10元一盒,过了一天没卖掉的,9元钱,我买了,<span style="color: black;">亦</span>很好吃,不<span style="color: black;">那样</span>甜,不<span style="color: black;">那样</span>大,但有小时候的味道,不像激素催熟的,我加了点蜂蜜吃了,感觉吃了嗓子很舒服,为了根治哮喘,我<span style="color: black;">此刻</span>改变了<span style="color: black;">膳食</span>结构,<span style="color: black;">尽可能</span>少吃咸的<span style="color: black;">食品</span>,多吃<span style="color: black;">果蔬</span>多喝水,<span style="color: black;">休憩</span>好,心情好,每当要焦虑时,我就想办法安慰自己,把心里话说出来,或者写写<span style="color: black;">文案</span>,比一比这个世界上苦难的事和人<span style="color: black;">非常多</span>,告诉自己要知足……</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">其实最好的养生不是<span style="color: black;">药品</span>,而是营养搭<span style="color: black;">协同</span>理,适合自己身体<span style="color: black;">情况</span>的<span style="color: black;">膳食</span>,不要偏食,身体需要<span style="color: black;">各样</span>营养,水是好东西,人体缺了水,会有好多健康隐患,<span style="color: black;">睡觉</span>要充足,昨天<span style="color: black;">由于</span>前天<span style="color: black;">夜晚</span>追剧,我看了《北非谍影》,太震撼了,我睡了不足3个小时,<span style="color: black;">因此</span>昨天我<span style="color: black;">夜晚</span>8点就睡了,起来神清气爽,干了<span style="color: black;">非常多</span>家务,自己要心疼自己啊,不要硬撑着去忙碌,有些事,有些家务<span style="color: black;">能够</span>暂停,劳逸结合,回顾自己几次<span style="color: black;">患病</span>,都与<span style="color: black;">疲劳</span>有很大关系,<span style="color: black;">因此</span><span style="color: black;">此刻</span>我感到累了,就先<span style="color: black;">休憩</span>,哪怕家里乱的像个垃圾堆,<span style="color: black;">亦</span><span style="color: black;">能够</span>缓缓再收拾……</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">人随着年龄的增长,就会看透<span style="color: black;">有些</span>事,明白<span style="color: black;">有些</span>道理。鞋子穿在脚上,<span style="color: black;">是不是</span>舒服,自己最明白,<span style="color: black;">保持</span>做一件事,大概率会有收获,而<span style="color: black;">哪些</span>无用的社交,不真心的<span style="color: black;">伴侣</span>,可去不可去的饭局,大可推辞掉,人生有限,省出时间睡个美容觉,吃点家常便饭,看本好书,追个经典剧,<span style="color: black;">陪同</span>一下亲人,有时间到安全的<span style="color: black;">地区</span>旅游一下,让自己的心灵沉淀一下,而不是追求表面的虚荣和浮华……</p>
