    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">1、聘用合同依法<span style="color: black;">签定</span>后,合同双方必须全面履行合同规定的义务,任何一方不得擅自变更合同。确需变更时,双方应协商一致,并按原<span style="color: black;">签定</span>程序变更合同。双方未达成一致意见的,原合同继续有效。</span></span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  (3)故意不完成工作任务,给<span style="color: black;">机构</span><span style="color: black;">导致</span>严重损失的;</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  (4)严重失职,营私舞<span style="color: black;">坏处</span>,对甲方单位利益<span style="color: black;">导致</span>重大损害的;</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  (5)被依法追究刑事责任的。</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">6、有下列情形之一的,甲方<span style="color: black;">能够</span>解除聘用合同,但应提前三十天以书面形式<span style="color: black;">通告</span>受聘人。</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  (1)乙方患病或非因工负伤医疗期满后,<span style="color: black;">不可</span>从事原工作,<span style="color: black;">亦</span>不愿从事甲方另行安排适当工作的。</span></span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">(3)聘用合同订立时所依据的客观<span style="color: black;">状况</span><span style="color: black;">出现</span>重大变化,致使已<span style="color: black;">签定</span>的聘用合同<span style="color: black;">没法</span>履行,经当事人协商<span style="color: black;">不可</span>就变更聘用合同达成协议的;</span></span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  7、有下列情形之一的,甲方<span style="color: black;">不可</span>终止或解除聘用合同</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  (1)乙方患病或负伤在规定的医疗期内的(符合《实施意见》第三条第5款规定者除外);</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  (2)女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期内的(符合《实施意见》第三条第5款规定者除外);</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">(3)法律、法规规定的其他情形。</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  8、有下列情形之一的,乙方<span style="color: black;">能够</span><span style="color: black;">通告</span>聘用单位解除聘用合同。</span></span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  十<span style="color: black;">1、</span>甲方对乙方奖励,分为<span style="color: black;">褒奖</span>、记功、晋级、评为先进生产(工作)者和劳动<span style="color: black;">榜样</span>等5种。甲方对乙方之惩处,分为警告、记过、降级、辞退、除名等5种。以上奖励及惩处事由和办法,依员工手册办理之。奖励及惩处记录列为甲方考核乙方之依据之一。</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">十<span style="color: black;">2、</span>甲方因业务萎缩或乙方<span style="color: black;">不可</span>胜任甲方工作时,甲方有权终止本合同,并提前1个月<span style="color: black;">通告</span>乙,合同终止时,甲方增发乙方1个月的工资。</span></span></p>
