<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">生产过程中要随时查看<span style="color: black;">每一个</span>环节的质量报表,对有可能因质量问题而<span style="color: black;">导致</span>的数量短数,要<span style="color: black;">即时</span>补足所缺数量。时刻关注各环节的内在指标的测试结果。对大货<span style="color: black;">显现</span>的问题(如:幅宽超<span style="color: black;">需求</span>、颜色差异、克重超<span style="color: black;">需求</span>等)要<span style="color: black;">即时</span>和客户沟通,事先取得客户理解,预留时间对订单进行修改。不要等到最后成品检验出货时客户<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>问题,<span style="color: black;">常常</span><span style="color: black;">导致</span>返修、拒收、补单空运、迟交罚款等后果。</p>

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">3)缸差的<span style="color: black;">掌控</span>,看缸差的灯光亮度很重要,<span style="color: black;">通常</span>是在多管日光灯下来对比。对缸差<span style="color: black;">首要</span>要确认一缸<span style="color: black;">做为</span>基准,<span style="color: black;">这里</span>基准上来分深浅。而确定缸差范围要以最深和最浅的一缸为对比。</p>
