    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">跟奶奶留守在河南农村的永宝今年8岁,体重92斤。他的体重曾让奶奶引以为傲。“我家孙子胃口好,吃得多,煮包方便面,还要打上3个鸡蛋<span style="color: black;">才可</span>吃饱。”在永宝5岁时,奶奶曾自豪地向邻居炫耀他的大饭量。而<span style="color: black;">此刻</span>,<span style="color: black;">说到</span>孙子的体重,她再<span style="color: black;">亦</span><span style="color: black;">无</span>了过去的自豪,脸上满是愁容…… 在四川成都的一个村庄,邻居们都记不得胖妹的大名是什么了。胖妹这个名字已被叫了十几年,今年她18岁,体重超过200斤。 “都怪我!”提到胖妹,母亲小琴满是自责,“别人家同岁的<span style="color: black;">女子</span>都<span style="color: black;">起始</span>谈对象了,她一个追求的男孩都<span style="color: black;">无</span>。” 胖妹7岁时,体重就<span style="color: black;">已然</span>远远超过同龄人。“我爱打麻将,有时候顾不上做饭,就从牌桌上直接拿钱给她,让她去小卖部买东西吃。后来习惯了,一到饭点,她就主动上牌桌抓钱,到小卖部买着吃。”小琴说,时间久了,胖妹变得越来越胖。 为了让女儿把体重降下来,小琴给她报过<span style="color: black;">瘦身</span>班,<span style="color: black;">乃至</span>带她去看过<span style="color: black;">大夫</span>,但都<span style="color: black;">无</span>什么效果。<span style="color: black;">此刻</span>胖妹<span style="color: black;">已然</span>对零食严重上瘾,<span style="color: black;">基本</span><span style="color: black;">掌控</span>不住。 山东省<span style="color: black;">疾患</span>预防<span style="color: black;">掌控</span>中心等<span style="color: black;">公司</span>的<span style="color: black;">科研</span>人员,分析了山东省近2.8万名年龄在7岁至18岁、生活在农村地区的青少年儿童的数据,结果<span style="color: black;">表示</span>,近30年间,调查对象中<span style="color: black;">过重</span>男孩的比例从0.7%增至16.4%,<span style="color: black;">过重</span><span style="color: black;">女子</span>则从1.5%增长到近14%。<span style="color: black;">另外</span>,12岁以上年龄段的青少年<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>问题更为严重。 郑州一项针对1817名3至7岁农村儿童的调查<span style="color: black;">表示</span>,<span style="color: black;">按照</span>儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>标准,2015年共筛检出<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>儿童105名,<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>率为5.78%。 成都市疾控中心调查数据<span style="color: black;">表示</span>,近年来,成都农村地区儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>率<span style="color: black;">持续</span><span style="color: black;">提升</span>,其中,在部分年龄段<span style="color: black;">乃至</span>超过了城市儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>率。2015年,在8岁儿童年龄段,城市女生<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>率为8%,而农村女生<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>率则为9.7%。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">2、</span>儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>的“农村<span style="color: black;">特殊</span>”</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者调研<span style="color: black;">认识</span>到,农村儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>有其独特的成因。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"> <strong style="color: blue;">首先,农村的<span style="color: black;">膳食</span>结构<span style="color: black;">出现</span>了变化。</strong>随着农民收入水平的<span style="color: black;">加强</span>,传统的清淡<span style="color: black;">膳食</span><span style="color: black;">起始</span>向高脂肪、高热量、低纤维方向转变。“在农村,<span style="color: black;">有些</span>人觉得多吃油、多吃肉对身体好,有营养。”国家二级营养师、首都保健营养美食学会公益部部长刘璐说,“<span style="color: black;">另外</span>,西式<span style="color: black;">膳食</span>的普及,尤其是热量高的糕点和含糖饮料,<span style="color: black;">亦</span>是诱发农村儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>的<span style="color: black;">要紧</span><span style="color: black;">原由</span>。”记者调查<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>,甜饮料、糕点在农村家庭确实很<span style="color: black;">平常</span>,<span style="color: black;">成为了</span><span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>的<span style="color: black;">重点</span>零食。 与此<span style="color: black;">同期</span>,在不少农村小卖部,奥利奥变<span style="color: black;">成为了</span>奥和奥,营养快线变<span style="color: black;">成为了</span>营养干线。<span style="color: black;">有些</span>专家<span style="color: black;">暗示</span>,用料低劣、着色剂<span style="color: black;">乱用</span>、添加剂超标的假冒伪劣食品,是<span style="color: black;">导致</span>农村儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>的又一<span style="color: black;">要紧</span><span style="color: black;">原由</span>。<strong style="color: blue;">其次,农村健康营养知识匮乏。</strong>许多农村家长觉得方便面、糕点、饮料等是好东西,经常给<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>买,<span style="color: black;">乃至</span>互相之间还有攀比心理,而不<span style="color: black;">晓得</span>自家的鸡蛋、胡萝卜等更有营养,对<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>成长更有好处。调查<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>,大部分农村小学生不<span style="color: black;">晓得</span>什么<span style="color: black;">食品</span>含蛋白质丰富。<span style="color: black;">由于</span>不<span style="color: black;">爱好</span>吃鸡蛋,许多学生把学校免费<span style="color: black;">供给</span>的鸡蛋偷偷藏在课桌里,用攒下来的零用钱去小摊点买零食。 “儿童<span style="color: black;">处在</span><span style="color: black;">生长</span>过程中,认知能力有待<span style="color: black;">加强</span>,其<span style="color: black;">膳食</span><span style="color: black;">行径</span><span style="color: black;">重点</span>受父母影响,但农村家长的营养知识水平<span style="color: black;">广泛</span>较低。”刘璐说。<strong style="color: blue;">再次,受传统观念影响。</strong>“不少农村老人认为把<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>养得胖乎乎的是件好事。” 成都市疾控中心环境与学校卫生科<span style="color: black;">专家</span>医师刘艳说,<span style="color: black;">此刻</span>农村<span style="color: black;">大都是</span>留守老人和留守儿童,父母<span style="color: black;">长时间</span>在外打工,一年回不了几次家,把<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>完全交给老人,<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span><span style="color: black;">膳食</span>习惯<span style="color: black;">显现</span>问题<span style="color: black;">亦</span><span style="color: black;">不可</span><span style="color: black;">即时</span><span style="color: black;">发掘</span>。 河南省肿瘤医院庄<span style="color: black;">大夫</span>说,儿童<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span><span style="color: black;">倘若</span><span style="color: black;">不可</span><span style="color: black;">即时</span><span style="color: black;">掌控</span>和改善,严重的会得糖尿病、代谢<span style="color: black;">错乱</span>等<span style="color: black;">疾患</span>,“<span style="color: black;">有些</span>农村家长认为<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>仅仅是‘多吃一点饭,多费一尺布’,完全不<span style="color: black;">晓得</span>胖是<span style="color: black;">疾患</span>的前期症状。”<strong style="color: blue;">最后,农村<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>运动量减少。</strong></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">成都市第三人民医院营养科营养师张颖告诉记者,农村留守儿童多,<span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>带来的不仅是身体<span style="color: black;">害处</span>,还容易诱发心理问题,“<span style="color: black;">由于</span><span style="color: black;">肥壮</span>,遭<span style="color: black;">朋友</span>嘲笑,会让<span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>感到自卑、愤怒,这些心理<span style="color: black;">心情</span>得不到疏解,很容易<span style="color: black;">导致</span>心理<span style="color: black;">阻碍</span>。”</p>
