伴侣圈发个链接就能拿到提成?搞欠好还有连带侵权责任

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">郭国中强调,<span style="color: black;">按照</span>我国《商标法》第五十七条的规定,<span style="color: black;">行径</span>人在<span style="color: black;">伴侣</span>圈发布该侵权链接的<span style="color: black;">行径</span>,<span style="color: black;">已然</span><span style="color: black;">形成</span><span style="color: black;">营销</span>侵权<span style="color: black;">制品</span>,<span style="color: black;">同期</span><span style="color: black;">亦</span><span style="color: black;">形成</span><span style="color: black;">帮忙</span>侵权,二者均属于商标侵权<span style="color: black;">行径</span>,<span style="color: black;">因此呢</span>应当承担相应的法律责任。 </p>
